Jeanette Kieke

Jeanette Marie Kieke, 84, of Burton , passed away peacefully on August 31, 2023. Jeanette was born on April 3, 1939 in the Longpoint Community to Estlean and Louis Roehling, Jr.

Jeanette was a loving wife, mother and grandmother who loved to sit out on her porch and watch the cars drive by. She had a doe that would come out and visit her that she named “Donny” and she would feed her cookies and whatever other treats she had with her.

Jeanette was preceded in death by her parents and her husband Glen E Kieke. She is survived by her five children Glen E. Kieke, Jr. (Cindi), Robert A. Kieke (Renee), Ricky D. Kieke, Glynda S. Kieke and Christine A. Kieke; her brother, Butch Roehling (Pat); 11 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

A visitation for Jeanette will be held on Tuesday, September 5, 2023 from 12pm to 7pm with family present from 5pm to 7pm at Brenham Memorial Chapel located at 2300 Stringer Street, Brenham, Texas. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 6, 2023 at 10am at Brenham Memorial Chapel with burial to follow at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church Cemetery of Rehburg.

Serving as pallbearers will be: Kyler Kieke, Kaden Kieke, Austin Cole, Tyler Cole, Corbin Demuth and Tanner Demuth.
