Jo Ann Taite

May God be with you during this sad time. I loved Mrs. Taite so much. My memories of her and our times together will stay with me forever. Your tribute to her by "Ballin' the Jack" one last time was so touching. Love to you all now and always.

Jo Ann was our special, loving friend and she will be sorely missed!! We will miss our phone calls, Kazoo band, and what will I do without her at the domino table!!?? We would love to talk, eat, and at times get in trouble for making the wrong moves! Horace would keep her in check!! The memorial service was touching in many many ways. Tim, I loved the ice cube account..Karen, your sweet words were profound and touching. I can't say enough how much Jo Ann talked about her love for Fred!! She loved to fix his favorite foods!! I am so sorry to hear of Jo Ann's passing. She was always a vibrant person and added so much to our family gatherings. I will miss her wisdom, her stories, and her cooking! I'm devastated that I was unable to attend her funeral. I'll keep you all in my prayers.

I was so sorry to hear that Jo Ann had passed away. I have such fond memories of the whole White family (my Grammy and Grandpa, Aunt Margie, Uncle Don, your mom, Tolbert and of course all of you).

I am so sad to hear of your loss. I have many fond memories of Jo Ann; Christmases at her home in Houston and always lots of amazing desserts! I loved sitting on the floor with the adults and listening to all the old family stories.

Karen and Fred and family - What a joy it has been to be a part of JoAnn's life - three short years! She was such a delight to be around - her straightforwardness and sense of humor is what I will miss the most about this lovely woman. She went above and beyond in being a friend to my Mother; thus, she became like a second Mother to me. I will miss picking up the phone and talking or listening to her wonderful stories. May you always remember how much I loved JoAnn and will miss her deeply. May God grant you all peace and comfort in the days ahead.
