I have known JoAnn for a long time. We worked together at the Board Of Pardons and Paroles at the Houston I District Parole Office.

Jo Ann was not only my friend, but a mom. She always gave me much love, encouragement and was always willing to listen. I will always love JoAnn and she will always hold a "special" place in my heart.

Karen and Tim, your Mother will be greatly missed by me and all of her many friends. It has been a pleasure to help take care of her.
