I worked with Judy for the last 4 years and just recently left Brenham for El Paso. Judy was a lady who always wore a smile, even if she was a bit cross with you. She enjoyed her work, and it seems she enjoyed life away from work as well. She will be missed by her colleagues, but naturally even more so by her family and friends.
I pray for the repose of Judy's soul and pray she rest peacfully with our Lord. I pray for consolation for her family and friends as they grieve.

Judy has bounced in/out of my life.
We're distant relatives-and I knew her as we grew up together.
Then she moved away.
And back she came--in 1991--
To live in my parents house.
What a sweet wonderful person.
It was quite a shock for me to read the funeral announcement in Industry--where I stopped on Thursday-afternoon for a coke.
Her bright smile will always be with us.

Judy will be missed. We communicated often and each time she turned a frustrating issue into a positive experience. She was a success at assisting the Germania's agency force in learning the new computer systems and working through the "bugs". Germania will be hard pressed to find another "Judy"!

It is with extreme sadness that I learned of Judy's unexpected and untimely death. She was a true joy to know and I enjoyed many years working with her when she worked in the Claims Department at Germania. Even when she moved on to the Help Desk, she was still such a joy to encounter. She always had a ready smile and a joyful attitude. She was always friendly and went out of her way to solve any problem I had. No matter where I saw her - whether here at Germania or out and about around town, she always had that smile. Judy had a light about her, that was very loving and refreshing. She is one of the special people that will make a difference in your day with one simple hello. I remember the time that I passed a "hug" email on to her, and she went down a floor and across the building to where I was to give me a hug, too.

She always had a smile on her face and would never let anything get her down. She was always very calm and cheerful around me. I'm so sorry to hear of Judy's passing. We didn't work together but she got me started here at Germania and I could always rely on her when I got into trouble. She will be terribly missed. I pray God will fill your moments of grief with sweet memories while she was with us.
Just one thought that was given to me that helped me during my time of grief. God has a purpose for each of us and He won't take you home until that purpose is accomplished. No matter what she may have left that you feel is unfinished, God's purpose for her was accomplished. Praise God!

I worked with Judy 5 years ago when I was at Germania. She was always willing to help with any little problem anyone had. I also have another connection through the Runge family. My grandmother's maiden name was Runge, and I believe she stayed (lived) with Judy's mother, parents & family for a while when she was growing up.

I have known Judy for many years through our employment at Germania. We shared many secrets and emotions. I remember the day she told me of her approching wedding. she was about to explode with happiness. She didn't care if you were married in the new house or in the garage, just as long as yall were married. (Rain, mud and all) Robert, she loved you with every part of her being, and she let it be known to everyone of her love for you. She shared with me her daughter's move to Houston and divorce.
