Julius Jerry Meyer

Jerry Meyer, age 69 of Brenham, passed away Friday, October 4, 2019 in Bryan.

Visitation will be 5-7 p.m., Tuesday, October 8, 2019 in Brenham Memorial Chapel.
Funeral mass will be 10 a.m. Wednesday, October 9, 2019 in St. Mary’s Catholic Church. Burial will be in Calvary Catholic Cemetery.

Jerry was born in Brenham to Herman G. and Matilda (Lange) Meyer. Jerry graduated Brenham High School, attended Houston Community College and graduated from San Jacinto College as a LVN.

He is survived by his wife Patricia Meyer; special nieces Louise Meyer, Mya Lawrence; special friend Gertrude Addicks; sisters-in-law Aleske Garcia, Cynthia Garcia, Clarice Garcia; brothers Joe Dell Thompson; brother-in-law Malcon Garcia; Godchildren Shaniquan Lott, Jasmine Thompson; special friends Marlon Watkin, Ronnie Adams, Judy Dallmeyer and numerous family and friends.

Honorary pallbearers will be Michael Addicks, Rudy Cecunes, Wallis Lewis, Ricky Newsome, Mack Williams, Mary Maddox, Doris Lott, Barbara Crawford, Linda Green and Gail Graves.

Memorials may be given to St. Mary's Catholic Church.
