Karen Eckert

My heart is heavy to hear that Karen has passed. She was always so very sweet and kind. My thoughts and prayers are with the family. May she fly with the angels and be your ever watching guardian until we see her again. Love you and miss you.

I am so sorry to hear about Karen. She and I worked together at Dr. Young's office years ago. There was never a dull moment! We laughed so much we would cry and get in trouble sometimes! Some of the recipes that I still use are hand written from her, the first one that comes to mind is her Swiss Steak. My thoughts and prayers are with you.
