Kenneth DeWayne Moore passed away Tuesday October 30th, 2018 at Methodist Hospital in Houston, Texas.

Visitation will be Friday, November 2, 2018, 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. with rosary recited at 7:00 p.m. in Brenham Memorial Chapel. Funeral mass will be 2:00 p.m. Saturday, November 3, 2018 in St. Mary’s Catholic Church. Private family graveside.

He was born March 12th, 1957 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to Sam and Louise Moore. Kenneth graduated from Bellaire High School in 1976 and received an Associate degree in vocational education from Texas A&M University. Kenny began his career as a teacher, but he was a jack of all trades. In the past he was an auto mechanic, a lathe operator, service technician, and independent business owner of Ken Moore Appliance Repair.

Kenny loved life and he never knew a stranger. He was famous for his low country boil, cheese cake, and margaritas. He was a beloved protector, role model to many, and a true family man.

Ken was a loving son, brother, husband, father, grandfather, and uncle. He is survived by his wife Margaret (Bell) Moore, his sons Cameron Moore (wife Kylee and granddaughter Audrey) and Sean Moore (wife Marissa and grandchild on the way), his mother Louise Moore, sisters Connie Moore and Regina Moore. He was preceded in death by his father Sam Moore, his sister Judy Meeks Moore, and son Ryan Moore, and mother-in-law Roberta Bell. He touched the lives of many and will be missed by all.
