I have many fond memories of Ken and Cyrene from Annunciation parish, Houston. I still recall Ken coming down with one of the grandsons, I think, to set up an irrigation system for Kathleen Keegan's rose garden as we were planting. Ken was always a willing volunteer. May Angels lead him into paradise.

I am deeply saddened by the passing of my uncle Kenny. He was a part of my childhood that I will always cherish. I'll miss his laughter, his stories, and the way he made every moment feel special. He will be missed, but his spirit and the warmth he brought into this world will always stay with me.

On behalf of the entire Washington County Amateur Radio Club, please accept our sincerest condolences.

Mr. Ken, as many of us knew him, was a dear friend. He loved to share his wisdom and advice, and was always quick with inspiration.

Recently, Ken achieved a long standing goal of upgrading the privileges of his ham radio license. Our team was honored to help him achieve that goal -- and see him so excited to be able to get on the air and talk around the world.

Mr. Ken, you taught us many good lessons. You will be missed! 73!
