Lebon Parker

Lebon Parker passed away Tuesday, April 17, 2018 at his home in the Latium community.

Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m., Thursday, April 19 at Brenham Memorial Chapel.

Funeral Mass will be Friday, April 20 at 10 a.m. in Sacred Heart Catholic Church of Latium with Monsignor Benedict Zientek as celebrant. Interment will follow in Sacred Heart Catholic Cemetery.

Lebon was born September 9, 1949 in Houston to Clifford Granvel and Sara Jane (Stuart) Parker. He was a graduate of Milby High School. On October 23, 1971, he married Patsy Bednar in St. John’s Catholic Church of Fayetteville and made their home in Latium. Lebon enjoyed hunting, fishing and shooting skeet. He also enjoyed spending time with his grandkids.

Survivors include: twin sons Olin Parker of Oak Grove, Missouri and Grant Parker of Latium; daughters-in-law Rachel of Brenham and Shelby of Latium; grandchildren Presley and Braxton Parker, Kolbie and Ty Parker; sisters Rosanne and Doug
Kohler, Kim and Jim Woodson and Tammy and Randy Watts; sisters-in-law and brother-in-law Clara and Larry Derrick and Francis Konieczny; along with cousins, nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, wife Patsy Parker, brothers-in-law Leon Konieczny and Lee Quinn.

Pallbearers will be Junior Parker, B.B. Lehramn, Rip Rutherford, Donald Bednar, Tommy Mathews and Jason Rutherford. Honorary pallbearers will be Rusty Armbrecht, Paul McMann, Jonny Whitehead, Jonnie Rutherford, Doug Thomason and Greg Butler.
