Linda Raley

Linda Raley, 73, of Sulphur, Louisiana, passed away on September 6, 2020. In accordance with Linda’s wishes, she will be cremated and no services will be held.

Linda Faye Cormier was born July 30, 1947, in Eunice, Louisiana, to parents Ferouse and Beaulah (Soileau) Cormier. Linda enjoyed the simple things in life: spending time with her children and grandchildren, cooking and hosting wonderful meals with her family, and listening to good old Cajun music and dancing.

Linda is preceded in death by her parents; siblings Pearl Cormier, Winnie Cormier, Lovina Lopez, Theresa O’Quain, Delores Boudreaux, Vivian Monceaux, Elias Cormier, Preston Cormier.

Surviving loved ones includes: children, Preston Laughlin, Timothy Laughlin (wife Janet), Kirk Laughlin (wife Stephanie), Leroy Laughlin (wife Angela), J. C. Laughlin, Laura Laughlin, Rachel DeWitt; 20 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren; siblings Anna Mae Doucet, Thelma Boudreaux, Lucille LeDoux, Patsy Johnson, Marella Beaudreaux, Betty Cormier, Houston Cormier; and numerous nieces and nephews.
