Mary Healy Butcher Ober

Mary Healy Butcher Ober, 75 passed away on November 1st, 2005.

She was an active member of The Daughters of the Republic of Texas and was proud of her pioneer heritage. She was an amazing woman and will be missed by many.

Survivors include husband, Edward C. Ober; children and spouses: Joan & Nick Sica, Richard & Evelyn Butcher, Greg & Kathy Butcher, Philip Butcher, Terry & Judy Butcher, Judy & Ron Evans, Karen Maresh, Suzy & Paul Stephenson; stepchildren and spouses: Nancy Ober Brame, Edward & Donna Ober, Robert Ober; grandchildren: Kate, Tyler, Ryan, Michael, Collin, Jo-Marie, Bradley, Abby, Lindsey, Sarah, and Matthew. She was preceded in death by first husband Richard T. Butcher.

A memorial mass will be held Monday, November 7, 2005 at 10:00 AM in St. Vincert de Paul Catholic Church, 6800 Buffalo Speedway, Houston, Texas 77025.

A graveside service will be held Tuesday, November 8, 2005 at 11:00 AM at Prairie Lea Cemetery.
