I am sorry to hear about the passing of Melva. Melva and I were in the garden club in Bayou Vista she was always a kind, quiet lady but when she had something to say we all listened. I know she will be missed

So sorry to hear of Melva's passing. I met her
several years ago. We are both members of the Texas
City Ancestry Searchers Club here in Galveston County. (Genealogy Club). Melva's cheerfulness and kind, caring ways will be missed.
She kept in touch and shared the ups and downs of her illness with cards and calls. She was
always hopeful and positive with her reports.

My prayers and condolences to family and friends.
Her absence will leave a big hole in our hearts.

I am sorry for your loss. Our prayers go out to your family. I wish I had known your parents had lived so close to my mom Judy "Walker" Cartwright in Kemah. We were your next door neighbors in Houston on Ripplebrook. My little brother was "Beaver".
