Monica Cegielski

Monica Cegielski, 78, of Chappell Hill passed away Friday, July 14, 2006 in a Houston hospital.

She was born June 9, 1928 in Chappell Hill, Texas to Michael & Mary Bilski Cegielski. She was a life long resident of Chappell Hill. Ms. Cegielski was retired from Lomas and Nettleton.

Ms. Cegielski is preceded in death by her parents, a brother Chester Cegielski and his wife Evelyn.

She is survived by: sisters, Frances Cegielski of Chappell Hill, Gertrude Warzon and husband Bruno of Houston; niece, Denise Widacki and husband John; nephews, Vincent Cegielski and wife Dale, Gary Cegielski and wife Mary, Mark Cegielski and wife Maribel, Donnie Warzon and wife Jane, Bobby Warzon and wife Courtney; 10 great nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held Monday July 17, 2006 after 8 a.m. A rosary will be recited at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, July 17, 2006 in Brenham Memorial Chapel with Msgr. Benedict Zientek officiating.

Funeral mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, July 18, 2006 at St. Stanislaus Catholic Church in Chappell Hill with Msgr. Benedict Zientek and Father Leonard Onwumere as co-celebrants. Burial will follow at the St. Stanislaus Church Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be her nephews and nephew-in-law.

Memorials may be made to St. Stanislaus Catholic Church.
