Msgr. Benedict "Benny" Zientek - Guestbook

Our very heartfelt condolences to his niece and family. I remember Father when I was attending school at Sacred Heart Cathedral in 2nd grade all the way to Graduation Day May 1975. Then he married us in September 22,1984. Father taught us students how to believe in God, have faith and pray. May Father Zientek Rest In Peace in the arms of his parents and the angels in Heaven.

I first got to know Father Z back in 2003 when he retired and moved back to Brenham. We were both Lions with the Brenham Evening Lions Club. He always had a story to tell me. And he could tell some good ones. When he no longer would drive I would pick him up at Kruse Village for the Lions meetings. I always enjoyed talking with him about our beginnings in Brenham. He was truly a man sent by God on a mission. Finally now he gets his reward with our Maker! Rest In Peace Father "Z"!
