Pauline (Swierkowski) Krotofil

Pauline Krotofil, 90 of Brenham, passed away Friday, November 27, 2020 at Focus Care in Brenham.

Pauline was born March 15, 1930 in Brenham to Steve and Victoria (Konieczny) Swierkowski. She married Leonard Krotofil on October 30, 1948 at St. Stanislaus Catholic Church, Chappell Hill, Texas. She worked at St. Jude Hospital and Trinity Medical Center in Brenham. She had an incredible love for her family, especially all her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. She enjoyed tending to her birds, flowers, and garden. She also had a passionate love of and for angels.

Pauline is survived by her sons Mike Krotofil and Frank Krotofil and wife Debbie, sons-in-law Donny Saulnier and Paul Antkowiak, 9 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, daughters Barbara Saulnier and Lillian Antkowiak, granddaughter Stephanie Saulnier, brothers Anthony and Harry Swierkowski, and sister Mary Tarnowski.

Visitation will be Tuesday, December 1 from 8 a.m. until rosary is recited at 6:30 p.m. in Brenham Memorial Chapel.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held Wednesday, December 2 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Mary's Catholic Church. Interment will follow in Calvary Catholic Cemetery.

Memorials are requested to St. Mary’s Catholic Church or Hospice Brazos Valley.
