Ramonia Wiltsey Buchanan - Guestbook

My deepest condolences for Ramonia. I worked with her at the City of Alpine Waste Water Plant, and we became friends. I was saddened to hear of her passing, but will always remember her. She cared for all her friends and family and always spoke highly of her children. God bless her and may she rest in Peace.
