Robert (Bob) K. Honea - Guestbook

I remember the Honea family very well from old Crane days. We all went to church together for many years. Bobby was a nice boy, and it is good to see he grew up to be a good man. I didn't know Patsy was already gone. Seems like their time together was too short, but how wonderful that they had two sons. I hadn't seen any of them in more than 40 years, but perhaps the boys would like to know that people from that long ago still remember them as very nice people to grow up with. My sympathies.

Our condolences to the family. I we knew both Bob and Patsy, as I was a fellow employee of Champion for 17 years.

To Bob's family,

Bob was such a wonderful man and it was an honor to know him. I worked with Bob at Champion for several years - my office was just a few offices down from his. Bob's genuine kindness won't soon be forgotten.

I wish I could attend his funeral services to offer my personal condolences; however, I am currently traveling out of state. My thoughts and prayers are you with you during this difficult time.

We were so saddened to hear about Bob's passing. Although retired from Champion for a while, those of us who worked with him through the years often share Bob stories that are full of laughter and fond memories.

Words cannot describe my sadness tonight. Bob was so much like a second father to me growing up. Let there be no doubt that he was a tremendous influence over all of our lives. He will be remembered fondly.

We are so sorry for the loss of Bob, and Rose. Bob was a dear friend, and although we saw him too infrequently since his retirement, he remained in our hearts and we are thankful for the times we did get to visit. We will all miss him.
