Roy was a very nice man and fun to be around. He will be missed. John says he sure did enjoy his talks on his rides with him to look at tractors.

The Steele family is greatly saddened by Roy's passing. Over the past 20+ years, we have thoroughly enjoyed our time spent huddled around a card table or relaxing next to a fireplace in his company. We have benefited from Roy's wisdom many times, and our lives were enriched because of it.
Roy had a keen mind which we recognised early on. But his greatest gift was the friendship he so freely gave.
We will miss him greatly...
