Roy Schmidt - Guestbook

Our sincerest and deepest condolences to the family of Mr Roy.
He was at Colonial Belle nursing home where my mother stayed for about 5 years. I was always greeted with a smile and a shout out of Hello and wave of the hand when walking in to see my mom. He was like my mom’s protector. His room was next to hers and he would look in on her and let her know it was time to go eat etc. It was comforting to know that mother had such a kind friend in her end of days at Colonial Belle.

So sorry to hear of Roy's passing. I was one of the recipients of his greetings and waves when I lived out in Pleasant Hill community. He was a friend for life. He will be missed.

Mr. Schmidt was my FAVORITE PERSON in this facility. He was always happy, I got him to remember my name with music, we all know how much he loved music, so every time he saw me he would break out with Help Me Rhonda. He was so appreciative of everything I did for him , no matter how small a task. I will miss him terribly!! My prayers are with your family.

We are so sorry for your loss. Our heart breaks for all of you. He was alway so kind when we would come visit and had such a positive outlook on life.
