I was saddened to hear of your mother's death. She was such a sweet and special lady and I always enjoyed seeing her. I am sorry that I was not able to make it to the visitation or funeral but know that you have been in my thoughts and prayers. My deepest sympathy to you and your family.

Cindy...your parents were special to me. Your dad was my biology instructor at Blinn back in the 60's. I was anxious about college, and he was kind, understanding, with a wry sense of humor. Your mom must have found the "Fountain of Youth" because she never changed...always smiling, friendly, and kind. I know this is a difficult time for you and your family, but I hope it helps to know that others care and hold you in our prayers.

Ruby will be missed by all of us. She was a special person who loved her family, church, Blinn College and Buccaneer Football. It was good to always see her in her special place at the top of Spencer Stadium during the Blinn football games. Our thoughts and prayers are with the family as they go through the days ahead.
