Mimi - I just came across this, and I hope it is not too late to send my condolences. I don't know if you remember me, but your mother was my great-aunt, and I loved her dearly. She was my grandfather's sister - Robert Edward Bazemore, and my mother's aunt - Bobbye Bazemore Singley. My grandmother, Annie Laurie Bazemore, used to tell me that I was "just like Sarah", and I took that as the greatest of compliments. I got to know Uncle Norm before he passed as well, and he was a delightful fellow. My beloved mother had Alzheimer's as well, and we lost her in 1996. I know that all of the Bazemores welcomed her into heaven, as they all loved her. My cousin, Bill Bazemore, has re-purchased the property at the "home place" where she grew up, so it is in the family again. Love to all of you. Marjorie "Margie"

Mimi, I'm sorry I have not responded sooner but I was in trial for a week and then took a little R & R. I was sorry to learn of your mother's death although I'm sure she's now more at peace. She certainly fought the good fight. Hope some day before too long we can all get together and share some good memories. I often think of the days in Griffin when I would spend the night at ya'll's house or we would all be together at MeeMee and Pops. I really wish our families had an opportunity to get to know each other. Can you believe I have 9 year old and 3 year old grandgirls.

Mimi and Mike (and Erin),
Wow! Seeing your Mom's picture brings back a ton of memories. Mimi - We have some great memories, don't we? We will definitely chat about those when I come to visit you. What peace you must have knowing your Mom is in Heaven with Jesus Himself! I know you will miss her terribly but remember we are here just a short while and God will give you the comfort you need. There will be days when you will get sad but promise to call me so we can talk. We can remind each other of our crazy days with your Mom! I love you & Mike dearly!

Mimi, Mike, & Erin,
We are very sorry to hear about the loss of your mother. However, we all know she is in a much better place. To know she is with our Heavenly Father, must be comforting. We only met her a couple of times. She was very kind and sweet. The memories you all have together will be cherished forever. If you need anything, please let us know.
May God bless your family,

Mimi:
I'm so sorry to hear about your Mom's passing. I remember your Mom's quiet and gentle ways and, of all the weird things, her fabulous skin.
I'll be thinking of you all.

Mimi and Mike,
Please accept our condolences on the loss of your Mom. In reading about her life she was a loving person and very dedicated in helping others with her career as a nurse. May she now rest in peace being in the presence and love of our God. Mimi, there are many good memories from baking cookies together to her dressing up her little girl in her Sunday best and she will live on in your heart and memory.
Your friends,
Emilio and Magda

Mimi & family,
I was sorry to hear about your mother's passing. I have missed her at the feeding table at KMLV the last week. I feed my mother-in-law several times a week. I know that you will miss her dearly. May God be with you during your time of sorrow. May you always remember the wonderful things she accomplished in her lifetime.
