Susan Meyer

Susan Gail Zwahr Meyer age 47 of Brenham passed away Sunday, February 20, 2011 at her home.

She was born November 24,1963 in Washington County to Curtis and Patsy (Lange) Zwahr. Susan loved to spend time with her family, read and shop. She was a member of St. John Lutheran Church of Prairie Hill.

Susan was preceded in death by her parents.

She is survived by her loving husband Steve Meyer; 2-sons, Kevin Meyer and wife Katie, Trenton Meyer; grandmother, Lydia Lange; brothers, Darrell Zwahr, Dean Zwahr and wife Reba; sisters, Shelly Draehn, Stacey Schaper and husband Steven, Shannon Jezierski and husband Davin; father-in-law and mother–in-law Dennis and Pat Meyer; sister-in-law, Charlotte Dahmann and husband Mike; numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be 5:30-7:30 PM Tuesday, February 22, 2011 in Brenham Memorial Chapel.

Funeral service will be 10 AM, Wednesday, February 23, 2011 in St. John Lutheran Church of Prairie Hill with Rev. David Hansen officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

Pallbearers will be: Russell Engeling, Mike Dahmann, Miles Dahmann, Steven Schaper, Davin Jezierski and Robert Winkelmann. Honorary pallbearers will be: Darrell Zwahr, Dean Zwahr, Hayden Schaper, Colin Schaper, Ethan Jezierski and Curtis Zwahr.

Memorials may be made to St. John Lutheran Church of Prairie Hill or Hospice.
