Terri Lynn Foerster Rodgers

Terri Lynn Foerster Rodgers, 51, passed away November 6, 2011 in Tomball, Texas after a lengthy battle with kidney cancer.

Terri was born December 6, 1959 in Corpus Christi to Gus and Georgie (Tschiedel) Foerster. She was confirmed April 15, 1973 at St. Paul Lutheran Church of Rehburg by Pastor John Kuecker. Terri was a graduate of Brenham High School class of 1978. She graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in 1982 with a Degree in Marketing. She was employed as a manager at JP Morgan Chase and Company for 21 years. On October 19, 1985 she was married to Jim Rodgers at St. Paul Lutheran Church of Rehburg. Terri enjoyed soccer, football and baseball activities with her son and family. She also enjoyed water skiing, snow skiing, and camping with family and friends.

Preceding her in death are her parents Gus and Georgie Foerster, baby brother Gus Foerster III, father-in-law and mother-in-law Cy and Doris Rodgers.

Survivors include: her husband, Jim Rodgers; son, Cullen Rodgers; brothers and sisters-in-law, Rodney and Cindy Foerster, Gary and Eileen Foerster, Kathleen Rodgers Thelen; nieces and nephews, Meredith Foerster, Alec Foerster, Sean Thelen, Erin Thelen; aunt, Annie Mae Janish.

Visitation will be Wednesday, November 9th from 6-8 p.m. at Brenham Memorial Chapel.

Funeral services will be November 10th at 11 a.m. St. Paul Lutheran Church of Rehburg with Brother Greg Sipe officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

Pallbearers are Sean Thelen, Jim Arnold, Scott Eason, Tony Bose,
Rick Kershner and Daryl Whatley.

Memorials are suggested to St. Paul Lutheran Church of Rehburg.
