We are so saddened by Troy's passing. What a great example of a Christian husband, father,
grandfather and businessman. We will always remember that smile of Troy's. We offer our deepest sympathy to all of you and will be praying
for you.

"The Impact of One Life" - When a stone is dropped into a lake, it quickly disappears from sight, but its impact leaves behind a series of ripples that broaden and reach across the water...In the same way, the impact of one life lived for Christ leaves behind an influence for good that touches the lives of many others. - Roy Lessin
The testimony for Christ that Troy has left behind will continue to be a blessing to many. Praying God's comfort and encouragement will give you peace.

Tami,
My deepest sympathy to you and your family. I don't know if you recognize my name or not, but I have not forgotten your thoughtfulness twenty-nine years ago. My son John died in June 1985 and is buried at Prairie Lea Cemetery. You sent me a very nice note then that meant a lot to me.
Take care and God bless.

Tami and family,
Words cannot begin to fill the loss that you are feeling but Christ can. I pray that He covers your family with the comfort that surpasses all understanding. Troy was the perfect example of a Godly husband, father, and friend. Tami, you and Troy were the ones that befriended me after the explosion. You cared for me, invited me to church and helped get me back under God's protection and plan. You affirmed my gift for teaching God's word. Your care for me through Christ changed my life. My story is unique to me but I am sure there are hundreds out there with a similar story of the lives touched by you and Troy. He will leave a giant hole in our hearts but I am sure that his mansion in heaven will have the greenest grass and I know he is helping prepare a place for you to be even better.
With Love in Christ,

Tami and family,
We only had the joy of knowing Troy and serving beside him for a little over two years at Champion Fellowship. However, I will always look at those years as being special having known him, the Christ like example he set and the last year when we met one-on-one on numerous occasions. The other posters give a wonderful glimpse of what we missed the previous 30 or 40 years. We look forward to our reunion in eternity one day. God bless your entire family.
