Obituary
W. BRYAN DANTONE, 57, formerly of Houston, TX died unexpectedly at his home in Round Top, TX November 17, 2008. Bryan, a seventh generation Texan, was predeceased by his father Joseph D. Dantone and mother Regina Brelsford Share, and is survived by his wife of 23 years, Liz Burkholder Dantone, and an extended family in Hammond, LA, all of whom he cherished greatly.
Bryan grew up and was educated in Houston, TX. His entrepreneurial spirit guided his professional success in real estate investment. He will be remembered as a man of keen intellect and perceptive thinking. His interests included history, economics, politics, world travel, western music and driving fast cars. He was renowned for his storytelling and wit.
In 2003, Bryan and Liz established another home in historic Natchez, MS, where he will be remembered for his love of that community and generous support of local charitable organizations.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, November 22, 2008, 5:00 P.M., at the Rice University Chapel, in the Rice Student Center. Burial will be on December 7, 2008, at 2:00 P.M. in Austin Memorial Park, 2800 Hancock Drive, Austin, TX.
