Dad you were always my greatest hero, you inspired so many people around you and everyone who knew you, you were the best dad a girl could ever ask for……I could always come to you and tell you anything and you would always keep it to yourself unless something needed to be tented to,you always made sure that we were always happy because you were telling us your jokes all the time, you and mom always made sure that we never did without anything that we wanted (with end reason) but we always had food on the table and clothes on our backs and they’re named brand clothes but mom made some of our clothes and we were just as proud of them as well……..you’re going to be missed by so many people from family and friends but none more than me, I hurt in my heart for you but the memories we made together are so special to my heart and I will never forget about all of those memories……I will love you always and forever dad love your daughter Tracie

Tracie and family: The loss of the family patriarch is such a difficult thing. It leaves a void that can never be refilled and a hurt in your heart that lasts forever, just in different degrees. I know you're hurting terribly right now but urge you to share the wonderful memories you have of Mr Sunderhuse and never let those memories end! He was a VERY important part of your life and should forever stay an important part of your heart.
Please know that I am lifting you up in prayer and asking God to help you heal. Mr Sunderhuse loved all of you tremendously and will be guiding and protecting you from heaven! I love you and and implore God to give you peace and understanding.

Waynette and family, I am so sorry for your loss. Your Dad was one of the kindest people I know. I so much appreciated him coming by to visit with Mark. I know he will be missed but you will carry his love with you.

Brenham,
Papoo, I miss you so much. I will miss looking into the stands and seeing your familiar face smiling back at me at every one of my games. Knowing you were there, supporting me, cheering me on, and believing in me meant more than you will ever know. Every time I step onto the field or court now, I carry that love with me.

I also miss our times together playing 31 — the laughter, the friendly competition (and, you constantly cheating and taking my money lol) and just being able to sit with you and share those moments. Those memories are ones I will hold close to my heart forever.

You weren’t just my Papoo, you were one of my biggest supporters, my partner in cards, and someone I looked up to so much. I will always love you and cherish you for the rest of my life.

Missing you hurts in a way words can barely touch.

There are days I still reach for the phone just to tell you something, days I swear I can hear your laugh, and moments when the quiet feels too loud without you in it. You weren’t just a grandfather — you were safety, strength, wisdom, and so much love wrapped into one.
I miss your stories, your hugs, your presence, and the way you made everything feel okay just by being there. Braygen will miss you being around at all his football and basketball games along with his track and field events. The world feels different without you, but my heart and Braygen’s heart will carry you forever. We love you more than we could ever say, and we miss you more than we ever imagined. Until we see you again, Papoo.
