Donald Abel - Guestbook

I'm in South Carolina, and I just came across Donald's Obituary. My condolences to all of his family and friends. Back in the mid 1960s, Don, Mike Steck and I would hang out together all the time, having fun and riding in "fast" cars. Only distant schools and his work kept us apart (and probably out of trouble). We had a lot of great times together. He will be missed.

So very sorry for your loss. Mr. Abel helped my dad get the house back together for AC and Heat when my house burned. I never had to lift a finger to get it done and my dad, who is also gone now, and Mr. Abel solved every problem as it came. My dad had the utmost respect for Mr. Abel..I am so sorry.

we are sorry to hear about your loss I knew Don a long time. He did work for me at Valmont. He will be missed, and your family will be in our prayers.

It is hard to believe Don is gone. But, he is having a better life.
He was a wonderful man. I had the pleasure of working with him many years ago and we all had great times and fun at Welcome Store years ago. Our thoughts and prayers are with you. He will be missed. May God be with you through this time of loss.
