RoseMary (Pawlawski) Adler

RoseMary Adler, 77 of Brenham, passed away Saturday, October 30, 2021.

RoseMary was born August 4, 1944 in Brenham to Joe and Rosie (Gurka) Pawlawski. She grew up on the family farm in Chappell Hill. She married Jesse “J.C.” Adler. RoseMary was truly a homemaker. She sewed clothing, cooked delicious Polish meals, gardened and canned what she grew. She lived a structured, but kind life, always wanting the best for her children. Her grandchildren brought her much joy. She always remembered their birthdays and would call to sing them “Happy Birthday”. She also loved playing dominos and fishing.

Surviving family includes: children and their spouses, Rose Ann and James Carroll, Darlene and Jeff Boecker, Ricky and Theresa Adler, Annette Adler and fiancé Darryl Strader; grandchildren, Sarah Boecker, Emily Boecker, Haydon Boecker, Dustin Adler and wife Kailey, Kurt Adler, Trace Adler, Jessica Eldridge and Cody Rosenbaum, Ashley Eldridge; great grandchildren, Kynlee and Kohen Adler, Ethan Schubert, Westin Rosenbaum, Mercy Church; sisters and brother-in-law, Florence and Harry Kubeczka and Ann Black.

She was preceded in death by: parents; husband, J.C. Adler; siblings, Frank Pawlawski, Henry Pawlawski, Edmund Pawlawski, Frances Pawlawski, Cecelia Vollmer, Gertrude Pawlawski, Verna Prebliske, Wanda DeLuke, an infant brother; and Wilbert Adler, the father of her children.

Visitation with family present will begin Thursday, November 4th at 5:30 p.m. Rosary will be recited at 7 p.m. at Brenham Memorial Chapel.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held Friday, November 5 at 10 a.m. at St. Mary’s Catholic Church. Interment will follow in Calvary Catholic Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be: David Winslow, Calvin Dodd, Darryl Ray, David Ray, Larry Kubeczka and Raymond Warmke, Jr.

Memorials are requested to St. Mary’s Catholic Church.
