I know this is very late, and I hope her family is able to see this, but I worked for Mrs. Haddick for a few years during my teenage years in the mid 2000's. I did housework and I talked to her and Mr. Haddick about life and history. I absolutely loved my time listening to their life stories. I lived down the street in Bluebonnet Hills and have often thought back to those days spent in Mr. Haddick's study, listening to stories and the times Mrs. Haddick made snacks and chatted. I am very sorry to hear of her passing. I hope time has brought peace.

Charlotte was a mentor and example for me from the minute I met her. As a women of faith, she inspired me to memorize scripture and find a deeper relationship with Jesus Christ. I will never forget her sweet spirit and the many discussions we had over the years about our faith, family and the mighty God that we serve.

Charlotte Haddick was one of the sweetest people I have been blessed to call a friend. She and Jack lived across the street from my family back in the mid 1950’s. We stayed friends through all of their moves as well as ours. Never have I met a more sincere, devoted Christian who not only spoke her faith but lived it as well. After my sisters and I married and had children, Charlotte would always ask about each and every one, always remembering everyone’s name. I don’t know how she did it. After each of our visits, whether over the phone or in person we would always say “I love you” and I knew she meant it. Lucian and I will truly miss our visits with Charlotte but I know that she is now in Heaven with Jack, catching up on her visits with both of my parents, just like they used to do. We love you Charlotte and we will see you again. Allen and Chuck, our thoughts and prayers go out to both of you as well as to your families.
Love,

Ms Charlotte was such a blessing to me. I worked with her many times after her stoke for her Occupational therapy. Despite her limitations she was always positive and had a wonderful smile. I am so blessed to have known her. I compliment her family and caregivers for allowing her to be at home in her own environment which she loved. Gods blessing and comfort to each of you as you cherish your wonderful memories of this beautiful lady.

Charlotte was one of the sweetest people I've ever known. The world has lost much in her passing, but I know that she is now in the presence of her Lord! Charlotte touched many people in her life and service to God and I thank God that He blessed me with her friendship. May God carry you in his arms as you grieve the loss of your mother and grandmother.
