My condolence to Gene's family and friends. We graduated from Blinn together in 1974 and we worked together on the Blinn Log newspaper. He was an awesome person and very talented artist. I know he will be missed. May God Bless all of you through this difficult time.

Gene was always a special friend and student on the staff of "The Log", campus newspaper at Blinn College in 1973-74. He had a friendly attitude and was a talented artist for the newspaper. I will miss his warm greetings to me in later years at the Brenham Post Office.As his former campus newspaper adviser, may I extend my deepest sympathy to his family.
