Morris (Bubba) Brewton

I am deeply saddened by the news of Bubba's passing. He was a good man and a great friend. My thoughts and prayers are with the family. Rest in Peace, Bubba.

If I should die before the rest of you, Break not a flower nor inscribe a stone. Nor, when I'm gone, speak in a Sunday voice, But be the usual selves that I have known. Weep if you must, parting is hell. But life goes on, So...sing as well. Friends who loved Bubba are certain he is singing "Milk Cow Blues" in Heaven, playing his fiddle, and he is remembering dancing with his Judy. He was a good man and we pray the Irish Blessing: May the road rise to meet you. May the wind be always at your back. May the sun shine warm upon your face. And rains fall soft upon your fields. And until we meet again, May God hold you in the hollow of His hand.
