William P. Phillips

Uncle William was always a lot of fun to be around, whether it be at weddings, times hunting at the ranch in South Texas or any other family event.
He was full of energy, always had a smile for you.
If I had not seen him a good period of time he always greeted me by my name.
He had a good heart and he will be greatly missed.

God Bless all of his family during this time of grief.

We are so sorry to hear of your loss. Mr. Phillips was a very special gentleman and he will be missed. We pray for God's strength for your family during this difficult time.

Elmer and I met Bill and Helen in 1953 when we all lived in Odessa. We remained good friends and Elmer and I wintered in Padre Island and then Weslaco, Tx.. Elmer passed on Nov. 2014, but, I kept in touch with Bill and Billy. Nothing but love for the family. Your mom, dad and Elmer should be having a good time up yonder.
