Albert Meyer, Jr.

Albert Meyer, Jr., 85, passed away peacefully on April 19, 2021. Albert was born February 2, 1936 in Washington County to Norma (Seilheimer) and Albert Meyer, Sr..

Albert is preceded in death by his parents, his father and mother-in-law, his wife; Barbara, his brother; Norman and brother-in-law; Emil Gaskamp. He is survived by his son; Curtis Meyer (Jessica), his daughters; Deana Ellegede (Lee) and Alesa Lonseth (Bob), his grandchildren; Cacy, Nathan, Rebecca, Mason, Kara, Mia, Marley, Jacob, Jared and Katie and one great-grandchild; Memphis Nicole Meyer, sister; Sylvia Gaskamp, brothers; Gene Meyer (Edna Mae) and Bobby Meyer (Annelle) along with numerous nieces and nephews and great-nieces and great nephews.

Visitation for Albert will be Friday, April 23, 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Brenham memorial Chapel located at 2300 Stringer Street, Brenham, Texas. The funeral service will be held Saturday, April 24, at 10:00 a.m. at St. Peter’s Lutheran Church of Gay Hill located at 8201 Old Gay Hill Road, Brenham, Texas. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

Serving as pallbearers will be: Randy Schwartz, David Schwartz, Troy Meyer, Trey Meyer, Bart Seilheimer and Jimmy Gaskamp.
