We are so very sorry for your loss. Your dad was a funny man and I know you are heartbroken. Know that we love you and are here for you with anything you need.

Will always be "Daddy" in my heart with that laugh that is only his distinct joyful laugh, I ALWAYS remember that laugh and big ol smile, he was a solid hugger too. He could build anything. He fixed my folk's kitchen ceiling across the tracks and was totally responsible for giving me my best friend and sister Alesa when we were just tiny little kids. I was always welcomed as part of the family and camped there as much as they'd let me, and yes I drank all their coffee and sugar even when I was too little and wasn't spose to. I love those kid memories trompin back and forth across the train tracks in Gay Hill to play with Alesa at her house and with Daddy, Mama, Gramaw, Deana, and Curtis. I think we might have once suckered him into gettin on the braided rug in the livin room to play marbles with us ha! I hate havin to grow up. Gunna miss him as I know yall all are. Want you to know I love yall and prayin for some peace right now to soothe the hurting hearts. Love all yall, especially you sister. I love you dearly.

Love and prayers from Carrie & Greg, my brats Lizzy & Henry, Dad & Ma Hegar and all the rest of the Hegar compound.
