Dear Kat, Erik & Rachel,
I am so very sorry for your loss. It is tragic and devastating. There has been a big, black cloud over Blue Bell all week. We have lost a very special co-worker, mentor and friend. Bill was the best man I have ever met and the best boss I have ever had. I am so grateful to have had the opportunity to learn from him the last two years. He has made such a positive impact on my life and I will never forget him and the lessons he taught me. I pray that you have peace that passes all understanding and feel God wrap you in His arms. We are still having a hard time believing this has happened. He was an amazing man who could never be replaced. My thoughts and prayers are with you. My heart goes out to you. We will never forget him! We love y'all,

I was very sad to hear about Billy today. I had't talked to him in many many years but will always remember being around him during my high school and college days. He was fun loving person who always had a smile on his face. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family and friends. Billy will always live in our hearts and minds.

Kathleen,
Though we haven't worked in the same office for a few years, I remember how warmly you would speak of Bill which gives evidence to a happy marriage and a happy family. A good man was lost. You have my deepest condolences and my long distance hug. God, your family, and your closest friends will help you through this difficult time. God bless!

Bill.....was my friend and more than a co-worker. Even though we didn't speak or see each other for months at a time, when we did get together it was as if we had never been apart. The first thing he would say to me is "Norris how's Memphis" with that contagious grin he had. We'd spend the next few minutes talking about everything except business. He wanted to know how you and your family were doing. In the 20+ years that i've known him, he was a geniunely good person with a kind heart. This world needs more people like him and we have been lessened by his not being here. He never had a negative thing to say about anyone....not even in jest. I will miss my friend dearly.
