Ray, Sandra and Chris: I am so sorry that I am late in extending my sympathy to your family however I'm only now seeing this obituary. My mother, Betty Yoakum, thought so highly of Mr Stepan and truly enjoyed visiting with him in and around Fayetteville. I'm sure she was in the front row of the group welcoming him to heaven! Together, they've probably organized reading groups, game nights and information booths for new angels! Those two might be running most leisure time by now! I'm so sorry for your loss but know that your loved one lived a beautiful life filled with God and Family. He set an excellent example for all who follow.

May He hold you in His mighty hands and give you strength. I'm sending a special hello to Chris and wish I could hear him sing again.

Ray and Sandra and Terry and Debora, our deepest sympathy to all of you. It was a joy to know Dan after he moved to Fayetteville. Enjoyed having chats with him at the restaurant and around town on his daily walks or sitting on his front porch. May God bless him and all of you. May your memories keep you ever grateful. Bless all of you.

Terry and Debbie, I’m sorry to hear about the passing of your father. And even though I did not know him, I feel like I do know him after reading his obituary. He accomplished a lot in his life and I enjoyed learning about his career and the things he loved to do. God‘s blessings of peace and comfort to you in the days ahead.
