I have such fond memories of your mom at Girl Scout camp for many years - lots of fun and laughter. I also remember all the love she gave so many children through the years at Grace. May your memories bring you joy and your faith give you comfort. May God Bless all of you.

Though I am sad to learn of her passing, I rejoice in knowing that Mrs. Kroll is reunited with her Savior, free of the bonds of this life on Earth. After speaking with several of my classmates from our pre-Kindergarten class at Grace Lutheran, we were all reminded of just how important she had been to all of our lives. One person mentioned a couple of things from her class, and we were instantly transported back to the little house across the street from the old Grace Lutheran Church, with the foot shaped stool for tying shoes, her teaching us how to share and get along with other kids, and even the soap we sometimes had to wash our mouths out with when we said a dirty word. At the end of the day, Fern Kroll made all the difference for each of us, and though it's been thirty years, we all still remembered it like it was yesterday. May we all be so lucky to influence so many, to make such a difference, and to be such a strong memory in the lives of others!

Jesus said: "Do not let your hearts be troubled. Trust in God; trust also in me. In my Father's house are many rooms; if it were not so, I would have told you. I am going there to prepare a place for you." John 14:1-2

Rest in Peace, Mrs. Kroll. Rest in Peace.

May our loving Father take Fern up into His Home. She will be remembered by so many......especially those little ones she so lovingly taught. Kellen and Chris both loved her so much. May she rest in peace now that her life on earth is done.
