Such a great person. Always took time to take care of my mom and stayed in touch with us. I am so sorry for the family’s loss but I know she’s in heaven with Wesley now. You take care Butch and know that she loved you, Amy and your boys so much.

Dear Ordner family, Gladys Tockhorn family & my parents Nancy & Stanley Rybarski were lifelong friends. I loved seeing Gladys at Blinn & she was always so overjoyed that she could care for ....meaning serving the best food in Blinns dining hall to Nancy & Stanley's grandsons. She had a impressive voice that one won't forget. Loved hearing stories about our families from Gladys. She was a jewel. Rest in Peace Gladys. Fondly, Pat McIntyre

Mrs. Ordner is an amazing lady. I always enjoyed talking with her and shopping at her garage sales. She loves her family and I am sure you will miss her. Just cherish the memories during this difficult time.

Ms Gladys always had a smile for everyone and a heart as big as Texas. May your memories bring you joy and your faith give you comfort and peace.

My condolences at the loss of a very sweet lady. I have known Mrs. Gladys since I worked at Gibson’s and she had the gas station there. Always enjoyed reminiscing about those days when I saw her. May she Rest In Peace and each of you find comfort in the sweet memories of a sweet lady.

Ordner Family -

So sorry Ernie and were not able to come to your Mon's funeral. We have very fond memories of your Mom when she would come to visit at Ernie's. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all during this time.

My very first trip to Brenham (back in the Dark Ages before 1971), Gladys Ordner was the VERY FIRST Brenhamite I met. I had taken the bus to Brenham and she was so very genuine and friendly. It's amazing how a first impression lasts with a person.

Mrs. Ordner will be missed--I will think of her family and hope they can get through the pain of losing her. I'm hoping all of your good memories will sustain you during the "down times."

Rest in peace, Gladys.
