Dear Larry and family:
I guess you know how much your mom and dad meant to me. I used to drive home from Seguin to work a weekend at the cafe. Your mom would let me take as many tables as I could handle so I'd get lots of tips. It never dawned on me that I was taking her tips!
To this day my BBQ-meter is calibrated with Mr. Birkelbach's BBQ= the best!
He will be missed and not soon forgotten.

We are very sorry for y'alls loss. Please remember all of the great memories you have of Popo. By having the two of you in our lives, I know he has had a great doing in making you the adults that you are today. He is no longer suffering and was probably greated with open arms and a warm smile by your Granny! Love y'all!!

Larry, Judy & all of the Birkelbach Family members,
Manny, that's the way I would spell it, and all of his brothers and sisters were very special friends to our family. He was a gentleman and a scholar. I so much enjoyed his company and many conversations. I never could beat him at skat, but that is no surprise, as he was so good at it !! My condolences to you. He will always remain a very special friend.
