Vicki,
I remember the first time I met Jakob as he was a new student in my 4th grade class at Alton. Jakob talked about joining roller hockey and asked many questions knowing my boys played at Silverwings.
On his first game, I told him IF he scored a goal, which may be difficult if this was his first time playing, I would not give him math homework. Jakob proved to be an excellent, dedicated player. I don't think he ever did math homework the rest of the year!
Peace be with you. Our sincere condolences go out to you and your family.

To Jakob's family and friends I send my sincere and deepest sympathy for your loss.

He and his family were neighbors of my son Patrick and I for a few years when he was a young boy. He was a cute, blonde-headed, four-year-old tyke when we first met him. All of us who lived on our street then will always remember him riding up and down our street with his dad, Brad, on a go-kart or motorcycle, with his best little macho attitude on and a pacifier in his mouth. I'm sure that memory would have brought a big smile to his face.

During this Holy Week may it comfort his family to remember that Jesus said, (John 14:3, KJV) "and if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also."

With Sympathy,

JJ’s flashy smile remains in my mind. May the Lord draw you and Sutton up real close to Himself right now and in the years to come. Much love to you both.
