Thank you Jim for the way you lived life. You are an example for others to follow. See you in Heaven when my work is done.

I will miss seeing him around Independence, so sorry he is gone, he will be missed!

Our prayers and thoughts are with you. I have very fond memories of meeting Jim when he first came to Mayfair Ranch. He and I have had many long and enjoyable conversations over the years. He is a fine person and will be missed.

Undoubtedly the best cattle I ever owned were produced by the best cowman I have ever had the pleasure to know, Mr. Jim Theeck. The beef cattle industry has lost one of its most knowledgeable supporters. My deepest sympathy to the Theeck family.

Dear Theeck Family,
We did not know the first time we met Mr. Jim, 38 years ago at my uncle's estate sale, how he would touch our lives in the future. We so looked forward to our visits with him when we came to the ranch and always felt like we had missed something special when we didn't get to see him. We feel so fortunate for him having influenced our children's lives in so many ways. He was a marvelous man and will be missed by so many. All of your family is in our thoughts and prayers.
