Jack, I won't lie, I never really got to know you. But what I do know is you were the brother of my grandpa, Dean Farquhar, one of the greatest men I've ever met. I remember meeting you once when I was just a youngin' in Grandpa's garage. If you were anything like Grandpa, I'm so sorry to hear about your passing, and I'm even more sorry to know that we were so close in Brenham and never got a chance to meet later on.
I'm sorry for that; I would have loved to have gotten to know you better. But I know you're in a better place now. And, if you don't mind, please tell Grandpa and the rest of the family I said hi and I miss him. I'll miss you, too.
I hope you're well now. From the rest of us down here, we'll forever miss you and the rest of the Farquhars.
May you rest in peace.
Matt

We are saddened by Mr. Farquhar's death. He was so special to our staff but we realize he is in a better place with no more pain and suffering. We thank you for giving us the opportunity to work with him. Our thoughts and prayers are with you!
