Susan and family,
So saddened to hear of your loss of Mike. He and John had so many good times together in high school. His Daddy employed me at Sears in Pasadena in the credit department. Great memories of him and his family.

Mike (Stride) was a favorite longtime friend to our family. Everyday before moving to Chapel Hill, he and Donny would sit and visit in the garage when we lived a street over from him. He was a great friend to talk to on just about everything and any subject. He and Donny would still call and visit and of course, I would ask for the phone and spend five minutes with him catching up. We loved him, he will be missed by his wonderful family and many friends.

I met Mike through his friend, my Stepdad, Joe Bays. Mike was there to help and guide me cleaning my first deer, a moment I won't forget. Mike's kindness and generosity forever made a mark on my memory. My thoughts and prayers to his family and friends. Rest in Peace

Mike will be missed in our Chappell Hill neighborhood. I use to talk to him once in a while when I was out walking my dog. He always seemed so kind and happy. Rest in Peace Mike and God Bless all his loved ones.
