Dearest Glenda and Family,
You all are in our prayers. No words can replace hearing your Dad’s voice each day, but I know you will treasure all of the fond memories.
You have been a wonderful daughter. Your family has been such a blessing to your dad. Hold everyone close. Your mom and Ricky will be in our prayers as well. You all will make it through. Rely on each other and our Heavenly Father for comfort, strength, and peace.

Love you always,
Melanie

Dear Fischer Family,
I was sad to hear of Travis’ passing & I’ve been keeping you in
my prayers! Keith & I always enjoyed running into Travis for a quick chat and a laugh or two! I know you will miss him terribly but he is at home with our Lord, happy and in no pain. Take care of your precious mama now. She needs you now more than ever before.
May God bless each of you with comfort & peace for the days ahead.

Travis continues to hold a very special place in our hearts. We loved him dearly and know our Lord Jesus Christ is taking care of him.

Travis frequently would stop by to see us and we’d have a nice chat. He would pop by when I was working in the garden and straighten me out on how to make those rows straight & and the right height!

I especially enjoyed hearing his memories of times he spent with my father, Howard Fischer, as they were growing up. I’ll never forget his account of the two of them going to collect the chicken eggs & gathered a stashed bottle of grandpa’s wine instead. They proceeded to attempt to collect the eggs and ended up collecting a pack of trouble instead when most the eggs were broken!
We all know how that ended up..

Also, Travis was very confident & skilled in his work with his cattle. I often saw him out checking on them and making sure they were all doing well. After looking out for the cows he’d venture over to check on Berry Lee & Delores Goldberg. He loved to visit everyone and we enjoyed his company.

Travis was always available to help us over the years. He was honest and straightforward in sharing his perspective and experience. I always appreciated and respected his input.
Danny and I are going to miss him so very much??

Danny & I will continue to pray for the family; Margie, Ricky, Glenda

Matthew 5:4
“Blessed are those who mourn, for they shall be comforted".

May the Lord “comfort” all hearts of those cherishing Travis’ memory.
I am thankful for our Lord’s gift of Travis Fischer in my life.

In Christ’s love,
