To the entire Krause family,
Gerald was a wonderful man who always had a smile for everyone. His love for the children in this community was evident in all the years he served in the Brenham school. May your memories bring you joy and your faith give you peace and comfort.

Our sincere sympathy on the death of Mr. Krause. He was such a nice man and always so outgoing and friendly. I know his last years have been tough. I hope now he will rest in peace and I know he will enjoy being back with his loved ones and with his Lord. Many thoughts and prayers are with you all during this sad time. Gerald was a special friend and a great educator. He and Dolly were our neighbors just down the road on FM 2935. Remember your memories are the treasures of your hearts!

Dear Krause Family,
So very sorry to hear of Mr. Krause's illness and passing. What a wonderful, influential man and leader! He affected many young peoples lives and it is neat to drive by his namesake daily and have had my children attend Krause Elementary School, named after this special man. May fond memories of your family times spent together help comfort you in the days ahead. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all.
With Sympathy,
