Dear Bruce Family,
I am sure by now you know how Mr. Bruce touched so many lives. He was a great administrator to our District. He always made each person feel important... no matter what postition they held. His smile will be greatly missed. He was so kind and always had a moment to visit. I do know he is rejoicing in Heaven. His faith was so evident in his daily life. Please know we will continue to lift you all up in prayer. May the peace of the Lord be with you all!

To all of the Bruce family we send our condolences. Knowing Jim's parents when they were teens and knowing Jim when he was just a little guy and then watching him coach at Tuloso Midway when our son was in sports has always been special. May God Bless all of you.

East Bernard HIgh School is a better place because Jim Bruce was a part of it for a number of years. I was lucky that my family came to know him as a friend as well as my principal. He was admired by all he came in contact with. He was a sweet, kind man, and he will be missed.
