Uncle Mike will always hold a place in my heart. He never coddled, but taught me many things that I will never forget. Firstly, clean a deer by hanging it by the head, not upside down. I killed my first deer with my uncle in his lap and it dropped like a rock. He gave me my gun, my knife, which I will use for a lifetime. I still don't know what the hell, 'sweet meat on the toilet seat' means, but I think it's a good thing. He's an aggie, I'm a Longhorn and we never let each other forget it. He would call me on my birthday and gave me an American eagle silver dollar even though I didn't always call him. Through the ups & downs, we always said I love you and meant it. See you on the other side. 143

Gone from our sight, but never from our hearts! Mike was the most loving and caring person I knew. My deepest sympathy. May loving memories ease your loss and bring you comfort PJ.
