Dear Ted & Family,
I am sorry to hear about the passing of your father. I know there is little that can ease the pain your family is experiencing now, but you will find some comfort as you exchange memories with others, especially over the next few days. Stored in a special place in your heart, you will draw on those memories to keep your dad close and the lessons learned from him. Losing a parent is tough, no doubt, but there's a plan and you will see him again. Keeping you in my prayers...

Of all the people who gave me hope that things will be all right in the end, foremost there was Ed. Our world without him is a lesser place.
